Hola, Che!

 

I am Tute Marini, former Chef and aspiring rockstar...

 

When I moved to California, after 30 years in Argentina, I started admiring the bounty of food + beverage products and ideas this place offers. After being inspired by so many cultures and concepts, working in restaurants and the restaurant business, I asked myself "why don't I bring something to the table as well?". And, obviously, I landed in my favorite kitchen formulas from home. A mix of Patagonia, Buenos Aires and California. A blend of fire, family and friends.

These are recipes I believe to be fundamental for a great gathering or enjoying it by yourself...

Our small batch approach truly makes a difference. We source always the best ingredients, because if not, why bother?
